Health, Safety & Environment
Safety systems people actually follow, and compliance that survives an audit.
A safety system that exists only on paper is worse than no system at all. It creates the impression of control while the actual hazards go unmanaged. The test of an HSE programme is not the thickness of the manual; it is whether a worker on shift at two in the morning knows what to do.
Risk assessment that reflects the work
We conduct hazard identification and risk assessment on the job as it is actually performed, including the workarounds people have adopted because the official procedure is impractical. Those workarounds are data. A control that ignores why they exist will be worked around too.
Systems and certification
We design and document HSE management systems aligned to ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 14001 (environmental management), including the policy, procedures, registers, and records that an auditor will ask for. Where you already hold certification, we run gap analyses ahead of surveillance audits.
When something has gone wrong
Incident investigation is a discipline, not a search for someone to blame. We establish sequence and contributing factors, distinguish immediate cause from systemic cause, and produce corrective actions specific enough to verify. An action item reading “increase awareness” is not a corrective action.
