Institutional & Academic Consultancy
Accreditation readiness and quality assurance for educational institutions.
Accreditation exercises are rarely lost on the quality of teaching. They are lost on evidence: institutions that do good work but cannot demonstrate it in the form a review panel requires.
Readiness before submission
We assess institutional readiness against the applicable criteria and produce a gap analysis that separates issues needing structural change from those needing only proper documentation. The distinction matters, because the two have very different lead times and the structural ones cannot be fixed in the weeks before a visit.
Outcome-based education
Where outcome-based education alignment is required, we work through the chain from programme educational objectives to learning outcomes to individual assessment items, and the mapping that connects them. This is detailed, unexciting work, and it is precisely what review panels examine.
Building internal capability
We support quality enhancement cell setup and faculty development so the institution can sustain its own quality assurance cycle. The measure of success is that the next accreditation cycle does not require outside help.
