Quality Management & Control
Quality systems that catch defects early, where they are still cheap to fix.
The cost of a defect multiplies at every stage it survives. Caught at incoming inspection it costs a rejection note; caught by the customer it costs the relationship. Effective quality control is mostly a matter of moving detection earlier.
Systems built around your process
We design quality management systems aligned to ISO 9001, but shaped around how your operation actually runs. A QMS copied from a template creates paperwork without reducing defects. Every control should trace to a specific failure mode it exists to catch.
Inspection, suppliers, and data
We develop inspection and test plans with defined acceptance criteria and clear escalation paths, and establish supplier qualification so that quality is managed before material arrives rather than after. Where volumes justify it, we implement statistical process control so that drift is detected as a trend rather than as a batch of scrap.
Closing the loop
A non-conformance process only adds value if corrective actions are verified as effective. We build CAPA processes with genuine effectiveness checks, and train internal auditors so the capability stays in-house rather than depending on us.
